Meet Carlos Rosas

Image
I had a great conversation recently with Carlos Rosas. Carlos joined us seven years ago as a social worker and grew into leadership to become the Program Supervisor of the Unaccompanied Refugee Minor program in Seattle today. He's passionate about helping refugee youth find quality foster care as they start their lives in a new country. It's important to him being a person of color to show others there is a place for them in his career. His work/life balance is his family and trusting his team to support one another. Please join us! Please make recommendations of colleagues to be highlighted in the future, and leave a comment below for Carlos and David. David Health, Justice and Hope

Meet Amy Marinoni

Image
I was in the Tri-Cities just before Christmas to see first hand their amazing Holiday Lane operations to provide gifts for hundreds of families in need. There I met Amy Marinoni, Senior Advancement Manager, who led the team for this impressive community effort. She's a morning person who loves the mountains and readily gives kudos to her Tri-Cities colleagues. Afterward, I joined Amy as they prepared to welcome the parents of more than 100 children that day. It sure got me in the holiday spirit! Please join us. Please make recommendations of colleagues to be highlighted in the future, and leave a comment below for Amy and David. David Health, Justice and Hope
