Meet Carlos Rosas

I had a great conversation recently with Carlos Rosas. Carlos joined us seven years ago as a social worker and grew into leadership to become the Program Supervisor of the Unaccompanied Refugee Minor program in Seattle today. He's passionate about helping refugee youth find quality foster care as they start their lives in a new country. It's important to him being a person of color to show others there is a place for them in his career. His work/life balance is his family and trusting his team to support one another. Please join us!

Please make recommendations of colleagues to be highlighted in the future, and leave a comment below for Carlos and David.
