I would like you to meet Abraham Alam, a Mental Health Clinician at our Spokane offices, who started with us as an intern before getting a graduate degree. Born in Pakistan, Abraham has been pleasantly surprised by Spokane's natural beauty. Abraham enjoys friends, running and working out for self-care, and volunteers on nonprofit boards that serve the refugee community. Please come join us.

Meet Carlos Rosas

I had a great conversation recently with Carlos Rosas. Carlos joined us seven years ago as a social worker and grew into leadership to become the Program Supervisor of the Unaccompanied Refugee Minor program in Seattle today. He's passionate about helping refugee youth find quality foster care as they start their lives in a new country. It's important to him being a person of color to show others there is a place for them in his career. His work/life balance is his family and trusting his team to support one another. Please join us! Meet Ron Weaver

It was a pleasure to meet up with Ron Weaver in Portland for a David's Corner conversation. We covered a wide range of topics from Black History Month to how he builds equity practices with his teams as the Program Supervisor for LCSNW's Substance Use programs.
