Meet Collin Dow

I would like you to meet Collin Dow, Quality Assurance & Improvement (QA&I) Manager, supporting all of our districts from a home base of Kennewick, WA. He's passionate about improving processes to make them better for our clients and staff, and his team played a big role in our recent accreditation.     I do have to say, the COA Accreditation was a huge joint effort of other people on my team (Shoutout Shelia Clark!) and people at the districts.

    Great interview as always. I fortunately have been the benefactor as we all have of Collin's contributions in multiple ways. I appreciate his offerings and commitment to serve through the QA and Improvement department at Shared Services. Even with all these special talents it's known that his true values are within his loved ones, his family.
