I had a delightful conversation with Shanna Kilpatrick Glass, LCSNW’s new HR Recruiting Manager. In this role, she provides leadership to helping us attract top talent and filling the many open positions we have. When this Beaverton resident is not recruiting for us, you’ll likely find her digging in the dirt in her greenhouse, getting things ready for the good weather to come.
