Meet Kelsey Doerr

 

On a recent trip to Spokane, I had the pleasure to meet Kelsey Doerr who is a Foster Care Recruiter with our Unaccompanied Refugee Minor program. In preparing for Foster Care Month in May, Kelsey talked about recruiting foster parents and how persons can have a rewarding experience at many points in their life.
